Chapter 66 - The Continental Resonance

Above them, across thousands of miles of ocean and continent, the world was feeling the ripples of their keystrokes.
In the corporate towers of New York, Geneva, and Tokyo, the monoliths of Vance-controlled infrastructure flickered. The false energy scarcity that Apex Dynamics had engineered for thirty years evaporated as the true kinetic distribution algorithms from the Blue Folder flooded open-source academic servers. Power grids in impoverished territories hummed to life without billing meters. The artificial stranglehold was broken.
Inside the international auditing tribunal in Geneva, where Álvaro had once sat in smug arrogance trying to claim sole ownership of the Blue Folder, the grand monitors suddenly refreshed. Every asset belonging to Aurelius Vance, Julian Vance, and Apex Dynamics was systematically marked in stark, unyielding red: *SEIZED BY GLOBAL COALITION ENFORCEMENT.*
Back in the subterranean trench, the Genesis Spire let out a groan that sounded like a dying leviathan.
"Warning: System memory integrity at twelve percent," the computer announced, its synthetic voice degrading into mechanical static. "Dynamic stabilization failing. Trench fracture imminent in three minutes."
Julian Vance didn't wait for his father. Seeing the writing on the wall, he turned and sprinted toward the secondary pressurized escape pod, abandoning his briefcase, his family, and his pride. The remaining mercenaries followed, sealing the airlock behind them with a heavy hydraulic thud.

The pod launched with a muffled roar of compressed air, leaving only Aurelius, Álvaro, and the twins in the crumbling heart of the abyssal citadel.
"It's done," Marcos said, lifting his fingers from the scorched console. "The core code is wiped. Genesis is dead."
