Chapter 55 - The Twin Protocol: Depth Zero

A hollow laugh echoed through the acoustic chambers of the Spire.

A massive holographic projection materialized in the center of the bridge. It displayed Aurelius Miller, seated comfortably aboard a supersonic private transport currently descending through the upper stratosphere toward the Atlantic recovery platform. Behind him, Álvaro was visible, bound to a chair, trembling and weeping in pathetic submission.

*"You truly are brilliant,"* Aurelius's projection spoke, his eyes gleaming with pride and predatory greed. *"Your father was a parasitic fool who couldn't understand the blue folder he tried so hard to bury. He thought it was just evidence of his theft. He never realized that your mother, Elena, had solved the missing planetary harmonic equation that our bloodline sought for four generations."*

Mateo’s eyes flared with cold fire at the mention of their mother. "You used Álvaro to marry her. You used him as a pawn to extract her research."

*"Álvaro didn't even know he was being used,"* Aurelius sneered, casting a disgusted backward glance at his pathetic son. *"He genuinely believed he was charming and clever. When Elena realized what our family truly intended—to use her unified field equations to control Earth's tectonic energy grids and dictate the survival of nations—she fled with you two and hid the master algorithm in that mundane blue folder."*

"And Álvaro thought the folder was just financial fraud," Marcos said, a cold smile touching his lips. "He spent his whole life running from a shadow he didn't even understand."

*"Precisely,"* Aurelius said. *"And now, Álvaro’s failure has brought you directly to me. With your biological ciphers and Elena’s completed algorithm, the Genesis Spire will awaken the global geo-resonance network. Modern governments, digital currencies, military superpowers—they will all bow to the Miller bloodline. Join me, boys. Claim your true birthright at the top of the world order."*

Mateo looked at Marcos. Without exchanging a spoken word, a silent, lightning-fast exchange of encrypted logic passed between the twins.

"You speak of our birthright," Mateo said aloud to the projection. "Yet you rely on an outdated neural interface to transmit your signal."

"And you made a fatal tactical error," Marcos added, pulling a slim, metallic flash drive—salvaged from the blue folder’s reinforced lining—from his inner pocket. "You assumed our mother ran from you out of fear. She didn't run to hide."

"She ran," Mateo concluded, "to give us enough time to grow up and dismantle you."
