Chapter 59 - The Blue Folder's Final Secret

Aurelius finally kicked Álvaro away, leaving his son bleeding and gasping on the floor, and lunged toward the master console with wild, bloodshot eyes.
"You fools! You arrogant, ignorant fools!" Aurelius shrieked, clawing at the holographic interface that refused to acknowledge his commands. "You think this was just a power grid?! You think the Genesis Spire was designed merely to conquer the modern world?!"
Mateo stopped typing. He turned his cold, sharp eyes toward the broken patriarch. "We analyzed the Spire’s primary source code ten seconds ago. The energy architecture is an inverted planetary transmitter."
Aurelius froze, his breath catching in his throat. A strange, twisted, hysterical grin began to spread across his wrinkled face.
"So... you finally saw it," Aurelius whispered, his voice trembling with a mixture of terror and unholy ecstasy. "You saw what lies beneath the bedrock."
Marcos’s brow furrowed slightly—the first genuine expression of surprise the twin had shown throughout the entire ordeal. His hands rapidly pulled up an unmapped, buried directory hidden beneath the deepest layer of the blue folder's decrypted code.
"Mother didn't write this section," Marcos murmured, scanning the lines of alien, non-human mathematical constants flashing before his eyes. "This was already inside the Genesis architecture when she discovered it."

"She didn't solve the harmonic equation to give you control, Aurelius," Mateo realized, his voice dropping into a dangerous, chilling quiet. "She solved it to translate a warning."
"A warning?!" Aurelius burst into maniacal laughter, pointing his trembling finger at the abyssal trench visible through the transparent reinforced bedrock beneath the Spire. "It was never a weapon, my brilliant grandsons! It was an ignition key!"
